7 Groundbreaking Changes Coming to TradersEXPO New York 2020
It’s still the year’s first—and perhaps most important—gathering of active traders, but 2020 will feature a new look and venue, plus some artificial intelligence (AI) technology that may change the game for sponsors and exhibitors.

A February fixture in New York City for nearly 20 years, The TradersEXPO has been running longer than the hit musical Wicked, whose Broadway home at the Gershwin Theater has long been just a few blocks away. Starting in 2020, though, TradersEXPO New York will receive a remarkable facelift that includes new dates (March 7-9) and a hip, new venue, The New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge.

New Venue: We’re pleased to announce an entirely new venue for TradersEXPO at the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge. Minutes from many amazing New York attractions, the New York Marriott at the Brooklyn Bridge is one of downtown Brooklyn's most exciting hotels and only a few stops away from Wall Street.  

New FormatTradersEXPO New York 2020 will be slightly shorter than EXPOs past, cut down from three days to two-and-a-half, and driven by the desire to enable sponsors, exhibitors, advertisers and the like to come in, make an impression, and then get back to business, armed with qualified, new leads and (likely) riding the upward momentum of their onsite sales. New 1:1 Meeting & Networking App: The 2020 launch of a brand new, 1:1 meeting and networking app means all sponsors, exhibitors, speakers, and attendees will have a simple, one-stop solution for connecting with the people and companies that matter to them most. Set for launch three weeks prior to TradersEXPO New York, the app will allow exhibitors, sponsors, and advertisers to connect with like-minded attendees and even arrange one-on-one meetings at the EXPO ahead of time. Using AI-powered matchmaking, the app will suggest relevant attendees for meetings based on each company’s unique business offerings. 

New Premium Attendee Passes: For nearly 20 years, TradersEXPO events have been predominantly free to attend but all of that is changing with the launch of new pass types in 2020.
